Our "No Panic" Return Policy
We want you to love your survival pouch! If it didn’t bring a smile to your face or peace of mind to your purse, we are here to help.

- The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your pouch.
- Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your pouch and all its inner survival goodies must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. (We can't accept returns if you've already used the emergency chocolate or sanity-saving bandaids!)
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- How to Start a Return: Drop us a line at Admin@BabeYouGotThis.com with your order number, and we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
